At Zedi our goal is to offer you the best shipping/delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, sorting, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

DELIVERY IN gHANA

We offer free delivery nationwide. No minimum order is required. For orders within Accra the payment options available are Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money and pay on delivery.  When we run a sale or promotion we will occasionally charge a delivery fee for orders below a particular amount. 

For orders outside Accra payment MUST be made before delivery. The payment options available are Visa, Mastercard and Mobile Money. These deliveries are handled by DHL and packages will be brought right to your doorstep.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL express. All orders need to be paid before delivery. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after the correct address has been entered.

Our packages reach most of their destinations overseas in 6 working days.We offer tracking numbers for every order within 48 hours of a confirmed order.

returns and exchanges

At Zedi customer satisfaction really matters to us. We therefore have a 7 day return policy. You can return any item you bought within 7 days of receiving it and we will either refund you or exchange the product if that’s what you prefer. Kindly inform us immediately you decide to return or exchange a product so we can start working on it swiftly.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
